Remove and inspect
We remove the old fittings and check the exposed surfaces. If hidden damage needs extra work, we explain it and agree the cost first.

Prepare and fit
The agreed pipework, wiring and wall or floor preparation are completed before the new finishes and fittings go in.
- 03
Test and hand over
We check the installed fittings, inspect the finish with you and provide the relevant care and guarantee information.
Plan for the disruption
Bathroom fitting involves noise, dust and periods without the normal facilities. Tell us if this is your only toilet or shower so the work can be planned around it.
We discuss floor protection, the route through the house, parking and waste removal before starting. The expected fitting time is confirmed for your particular job.

Yes, our bathroom packages include supply and fitting. Your quote names the products and work included.
Can I supply some products myself?
Tell us before ordering. We need to check dimensions, compatibility, delivery dates and who is responsible if an item is faulty or unsuitable.
What if damage is found under the bath or tiles?
We show you the problem, explain the repair and agree any extra cost before carrying out additional work.
