Bathroom Fitting Terms
Read these terms with your written bathroom quote. Updated 11 October 2026.
Your written quote
Quotes are provided after a free home design visit and are valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise. The fixed price applies to the products and work listed. Anything excluded or added later must be discussed and agreed separately.
Accepting the work and agreeing dates
Confirm acceptance in writing by email or text. We then agree the start date and expected installation time, subject to availability and the chosen products. The expected dates are confirmed before work starts.
Payment
Under our cash payment policy, no deposit is required and payment is due after the installation is complete, tested and inspected with you. The written quote confirms the payment arrangements. Finance is separate, subject to approval and the finance provider’s agreement; its interest and repayment terms are explained separately.
What we will do
We carry out the agreed work with reasonable care and skill, protect the route through your home, remove the agreed waste and leave the work area tidy. Plumbing and electrical work must meet the requirements applying to it. Relevant product and guarantee information is provided at handover.
What we need from you
Provide safe access, clear personal items from the bathroom and tell us about known leaks, structural concerns or suspected hazardous materials. Agree product choices before the scheduled work so the correct items can be ordered.
Extra work or delays
If removal reveals hidden damage or another problem, we explain the repair and cost before carrying out additional work. If a delay occurs, we tell you and agree an updated plan. A fixed quote does not authorise unagreed extra charges.
Guarantees
The workmanship guarantee period and cover are confirmed in your quote. Manufacturer warranties for individual products have their own terms. Guarantees do not replace your statutory consumer rights.
Cancellation
Our policy allows cancellation before installation begins without charge. If you cancel after work has started, the cost of work completed and materials ordered specifically for the project is explained in a written breakdown. Statutory cancellation rights may also apply to contracts agreed at home or at a distance; the contract information explains those rights and any request to begin work during a cancellation period.
